The Drifter 4.0 Series of carryon travel backpacks is the culmination of 10 years of continuous improvement resulting from the combination of rigorous team testing & extensive customer feedback.
The 35L Drifter HD 4.0 is our heavy duty model, an extremely rugged travel backpack reinforced with hypalon rubber for extra strength and designed to maximize budget airlines’ smaller overhead compartment while also fitting below every airline seat*.
The bag quickly converts from “backpack mode” to “duffle/carryon mode” with the roll top designed to unroll and cover up the shoulder straps, resulting in a more manageable experience when traveling with multiple bags, such as a personal item backpack (28L Ambassador 2.0 or 25L Drifter Mini 4.0) and/or checked gear bags (surfboard, snowboard, golf, etc.).
